Évènement I Thomas Voeckler sur l'Île de La Réunion (La Cyclo des Rois de la Pédale de l'Oue

La Réunion CycloTour s'engage depuis plusieurs années dans le projet de faire de La Réunion une île cyclable. Tout au long de l'année, avec l'aide de nombreux partenaires, ils organisent plusieurs cyclo-sportives.
En 2019, c'est la Cyclo des Rois de la Pédale de l'Ouest (LRPO), avec la traversée à la vélo de la célèbre route des plages de l'île.
Amoureux du vélo et des voyages, le 3 février 2019, Thomas Voeckler était l'invité d'honneur qui devait prendre le départ aux côtés des amateurs de cette 3ème édition. Malheureusement, son voyage fut retardé et n'a pas permis à Thomas Voeckler d'arriver à temps pour participer à la manifestation. Ce contre-temps, n'a pas démotivé le chouchou du public de se rendre sur les lieux de l'évènement afin de se réconforter en saluant les cyclistes et en échangeant quelques photos et autographes.
